Terms & Conditions: Due to the limited supply and pricing volatility of collectible products, all prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE and all items are subject to prior sell out or unavailability. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. All mail-in items are sent at customer's risk. We recommend that you provide proper insurance on all of your own item(s).
All orders must include a Mail In Order Form. If your item is valued over $100, please fill out the Excessive Value form on page 2 of the Mail In Order Form. Under no circumstances will TRISTAR Productions, Inc. have any liability in excess of $100 per mail-in item. All mail-in items for the TRISTAR Collectors Show in San Francisco must be in our office by Friday, April 18, 2014. Any items received after the deadline date are subject to being mailed back to you. We highly recommend that you request return shipping via a trackable carrier (FedEx or UPS). Please include the correct shipping fee on the Mail In Order Form or provide a shipping account number. While you may provide your own self-addressed stamped envelope/package, TRISTAR is not responsible for any items sent back via an untrackable carrier. All TRISTAR items are sent postage paid.
