I want to mail in an item to TRISTAR to be signed by Garoppolo. What do I need to do? |

A very limited quantity of mail-in spots are available. Go to TRISTARPRODUCTIONS.COM/Garoppolo quickly to place your order to reserve your spot. Pricing varies dependent on the item you would like to send in to be signed. Your spot must be reserved and paid for online BEFORE you mail in your item(s). (This is different from past Garoppolo private signings.) As part of the online process, you will select and purchase an inscription (if you wish), insurance, and return shipping, and select your request for pen color. |

You will receive an order confirmation number via email. Please print out this email and include it, with any special instructions / notes, in the package you mail to TRISTAR.

Absolutely. TRISTAR staff will work with Garoppolo so he signs your item based on your stated requests as best as possible. There is no absolute guarantee as to the quality, size, or grade of the signature and/or inscription from the celebrity. No refunds / exchanges on mailed-in items. |

When can I expect to receive my mailed-in back from TRISTAR after Garoppolo signs it? |

You can expect your item(s) to ship back to you within 2-4 weeks after the completion of the signing, and is expected to arrive by April 10. |

Are there additional items available to order from TRISTAR for Garoppolo to sign (if I don’t have and mail in my own item to be signed)? |

No. The TRISTAR mail order offerings (our item that we provide, not your item that you mail to us) are the ones listed and available for purchase online. If you wish to have an alternate item signed by Garoppolo, we strongly suggest that you purchase an item to mail in to us to be signed and follow the process listed above. |

What Garoppolo inscriptions are options for him to sign at this signing? Is there a limit? |

There is a limit of three (3) inscriptions per item, whether you send in the item or you order a TRISTAR item. The only inscription options are the ones listed, and again, it is a limit of 3 per item. |

What exactly will Garoppolo write as a ‘Personalization’ (up to 20 characters)? |
| A: |
A personalization is “To Name(s)” only. “Best Wishes” nor any other words will be included. This is not an opportunity to request an inscription not included/listed in the inscription options. An achievement or honor cannot be included within the 20 characters. Examples of approved personalizations are: ‘To Ross’ or ‘ To Katie & Eddie’. |
