Shipping & Order Policies

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
All orders shipping within the United States ship via FedEx Ground.  Delivery times vary based on your location.  All trading card items ship the same day, if the order arrives prior to 2 PM Central Time.  All other items ship within three business days following December 15, 2008, which is the date that shipping begins on the framed collector pieces.

DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS
Orders must be placed by 3 PM CT on Friday, December 11, 2009, in order to receive your order in time for Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
If you live outside of the United States, additional international shipping fees apply to all items.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES. YOUR ORDER / SHIPPING CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE THESE FEES.  Also, please note that delays may occur due to an order being held up in customs.  Please refer to the bottom of each product page for international shipping fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction on all of our products.  If you have any concerns with your product, please email us within 15 days of receipt of the product.  Please include your name, order number, and purchase product.  A representative will respond within three business days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We do not accept COD orders.  All funds are to be paid in U.S. dollars.  We do not accept other currencies.
